Sorry for all the crap kyle... your bike looks sweet but I'm actually not rich like you might think. But my intentions were just to have fun and ride the mountain. And I could barley afford it. I wasn't really cutting corners..

You don't have to be rich man. Just get a job and (key word) "work" for one.

I didn't really do any dirt jumping. I mainly rode the mountain 90% of the time and by the end of it I got so much faster and smoother on the big bike. But I regret not going to the air dome and not doing any jumping.

Yeah dude thats what I thought. Rode mine at Whistler, Washington, SGC and again last fall with Semenuk, Alex Pro and his dad and this thing rode all that no prob. Summit bikes in Whistler wouldn't use these as rental bikes for two years in a row if they were that shit.

hahaha shitty. Yah if your intrested in doing a ride for sure... I go to Dumont every now and then.. mabie we could hook up one of these days. And no im not trading my fork man sorry.. I bought it from Alan Hepburn during crankworxs for $600. it has 2010 internals and retails for like 1600 or so. Its by far the best fork I've ever rode let alone owned. Its an ideal fork for a slayer..

yeah.. I would recommend that you don't run it at an insanely high compression rate.. thats really not good for these bikes..

... these frames are not really designed to take huge hits with high shock compression resistance... thats why yours snapped I bet.

How did you break yours? I bet your running a super high air pressure in you shock? Cause that would do it.

Yeah.. I have a feeling that rocky stopped making these for a number of reasons... Probably mainly for the development and cost expense for building and designing the new 2011 slayer. That would have cost them a fortune to do. Explains why... But I think this frame was a pretty good design for what it was intended to do. There really smooth.
